"“As a family we would like to say a huge thank you to you for all of the time and dedication you have given to our case to get this money. We are so grateful that we used you as you have been very supportive but not intrusive at all which was our wish for mum and dad at that difficult time. We are extremely pleased that mum can now move forwards in her life without needing to be concerned about money and that we honoured dad's wishes to fight for compensation for the horrible illness that should have been prevented. Thank you again for everything” " Thank you

Vibration White Finger

If you have been diagnosed with vibration white finger or have not yet been diagnosed but are suffering from

  • Tingling or loss of sensation in your fingers
  • Numbness in your fingers
  • Whiteness in your fingers which gets worse in cold weather

Then you may have a claim, if the cause of your vibration white finger was the use of tools which you used for work.

If your job entailed working with vibrating tools, such as

  • kangos
  • road drills
  • road breakers
  • hand guided compactors
  • or power tools

and you were using these on a regular basis without job rotation or regular breaks then you may be able to make a claim for compensation for your injury.

If you have not yet had a diagnosis of vibration white finger but think that you are affected by it then we can arrange for you to be seen by a doctor to establish if your symptoms are vibration white finger and whether your injury has been caused by the tools you used whilst carrying out your job.

If you have any questions after reading this information and would like to discuss your potential claim then please contact us for free no obligation advice.

You can speak to a qualified solicitor who will be able to advise you as to what compensation you could be entitled to and how to pursue a claim on a no-win no-fee basis
